One year on - Happy Birthday Nomads’

It’s been a year since we opened our doors at 63, High Street Paisley. It was more than we could have dreamed for… We knew that we still had a lot to learn but I think we probably underestimated the Everest that we needed to climb. From sourcing challenges, cash flow pain, setting up systems and working out what our customers really want, we have learnt something new every single day.

We have learnt that its’ people that matter most, whether that is our hardworking and talented staff, our suppliers, and our investors and mentors.

But most importantly its the lovely people that we meet everyday, sometimes for the first time as you pass through on the way to the airport, or check out whether Paisley is a good place to come to live (it is!!), but often its the parents who are waiting for children to finish their art classes and their dance classes, the kilt adjusters waiting for stitches to be completed, the post swim Affogato eaters, the lemongrass tea fanatics, you with your unique and crazy coffee orders, the dog lovers, the serial pancake scoffers, the students studying for your exam, and the novelists and artists.

Paisley you have been incredible….
